Experience a Unique Approach to Healing

Are You Tired of Managing the Same Problem?

Maybe you've tried:

  • Physical therapy

  • Massage

  • Stretching

  • Rest

  • Medication

  • Acupuncture

  • Exercise

…but the problem keeps returning.

At Renew You, I look beyond the symptom.

I assess how your body is moving and functioning, identify areas that may be contributing to your symptoms, and create an individualized treatment approach based on what your body needs that day.

One Practitioner. Multiple Perspectives.

Physical Therapy

Acupuncture & East Asian Medicine

A different perspective on the body's interconnected systems and balance.

Integrative Manual Therapy

Hands-on approaches including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, cupping, and Gua Sha/ASTYM.

One Personalized Treatment

Instead of asking you to choose the modality, I assess your body and determine what may be most appropriate for your visit.

Why Choose Renew You?

Healing begins with listening and then supporting your body's natural healing process.

Every person who walks through my doors brings a unique story shaped by life experiences, injuries, stress, movement patterns, and resilience. My role is not simply to treat symptoms, but to understand the whole person. By integrating Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and holistic manual therapies, I partner with each client to uncover the underlying patterns contributing to pain and dysfunction. Together, we create a personalized path toward healing that restores movement, supports balance, and empowers lasting wellness.
